Mehandi (henna) is a paste created from the powdered dry leaves of the henna plant.

Henna has been used since ancient times in India for creating decortative designs on the body.

Before using to create body art, please do a small patch test on your skin to ensure you don't have a reaction to the paste (in all the years we have been selling henna cones we have not heard of a reaction yet, but best to play it safe).

Apply your design and leave to dry as long as possible, and I mean looooooooooong as possible.  Let it go completely crackly and crunchy before removing gently with water.

Now this is the tricky part.  Depending on your skin type your drawn design, may look very pale at first, but will enhance over time.  Or you just might have the skin that the design stays 'pale'.

Applying moisturizer or oil may assist in enhancing the depth of color.

Please note, again depending on your skin type the henna stain on your skin, may last anywhere from 1 to 14 days.

Please note that due to the way we have to package this item (so the postman doesnt end up with henna on his hands) it will work out more economical buying more than one. (no thats not a ploy to make you buy more)
